Target Audience:

The program will be most beneficial to executives and senior managers with multi-functional or general management responsibilities within the food processing, retailing, food service, agribusiness or government sectors. You should be prepared to develop an action plan for a strategic challenge facing your business.

Recognition Provided:

Upon completion of the program and the presentation of a complete strategic business plan for their area of operations, participants will receive a certifcate signed by the lead instructor for the program.

Method of Instruction:

Classroom

Each module begins with a day of tours of outstanding operations. The remaining 3 days are in a classroom setting. Participants are also responsible for implementing strategic plan developed in the course.

Using current Canadian case studies, the instructors address realistic scenarios and introduce participants to new solutions and opportunities. The program is presented in a vibrant, interactive learning environment that is tightly targeted to participants’ specific needs. One program per year beginning in October and ending May.
